Diageo PLC - London-based brewer and distiller - Prices EUR1.00 billion in fixed-rate euro-denominated bonds. The issue is in two series of EUR500 million in bonds. The first is due October 3, 2032 and carries a 3.25% per annum coupon. The second is due October 3, 2027 and has a 3.75% coupon. The issuance is being managed by seven banks.
