Distribution Finance Capital Holdings PLC - Manchester-based bank providing personal savings products and working capital to dealers and manufacturers - Hires Sheryl Lawrence to be senior independent non-executive director, starting on May 16. Lawrence currently is an independent non-executive director of home-collected credit provider Morses Club PLC. As an executive, she held senior roles at Barclays PLC, Lloyds Banking Group PLC and Banco Santander SA.
