Origin Enterprises PLC - Dublin-based agricultural products and services provider - Appoints John Hennessy as chair designate, effective January 1. He is set to succeed Gary Britton, who will retire at the beginning of March, as chair. Most recently, incoming Origin Enterprises chair Hennessy served has served as chair of Dalata Hotel Group PLC since its initial public offering in 2014, which on Friday was bought by a new vehicle owned by Pandox AB and Eiendomsspar AS in a deal worth over GBP1 billion.
