Coral Products PLC - Manchester-based plastic products maker - Buys Manplas Holdings Ltd for GBP300,000, paying GBP200,000 in cash and GBP100,000 in 625,000 shares at 16 pence per share. Manplas provides custom manufacturing of vacuum-formed components and sheet plastic parts from premises adjoining those of Coral's Tatra Rotalac subsidiary. Manplas reported an after-tax loss of GBP29,000 on sales of GBP2.7 million in the financial year that ended June 30, 2021.
