Tesco PLC - Welwyn Garden City, England-based supermarket chain - Shares start trading on the OTCQX Best Market in New York on Monday. The stock market is owned by OTC Markets Group Inc, which operates markets trading 12,000 US and international securities. Tesco retains its primary listing in London, and the OTCQX listing gives US investors access. The trades via OTCQX will settle through the London Stock Exchange.
