Coro Energy PLC - London-based gas explorer - Signs an option agreement with an unnamed operator in Italy, who will buy the company's Italian gas asset portfolio. Says the operator will pay up to EUR7.5 million for the portfolio, of which EUR6.0 million would be paid in cash at or before completion. Coro says the portfolio was relaunched earlier this year following gas price rises, and that it has delivered "significant free cash flows". Read More
Coro Energy PLC - London-based gas explorer - Says its Italian portfolio grew gas production by 69% to 1.6 million standard cubic meter in the second quarter of 2022 from 945,100 scm in the previous quarter. Revenue amounted to EUR1.6 million in the period, up 86% from EUR859,900, quarter-on-quarter. Revenue for the first half totals EUR2.4 million, while production totals 2.6 million scm.
