NCC owns a 90% interest in Treasure Development Ltd in Cyprus, with BMG Resources Ltd holding the remaining 10%. According to BMG, NCC has defaulted on a AUD2 million payment. Assay results show up to 3.3 grammes of gold per tonne in 1 of 11 holes. Three holes show gold over 1.0 gram per tonne, both firms say. Hole AN22DD006, which shows the most proven gold per tonne, also yields the most copper per tonne at 2.36 grammes per tonne. Seven holes show more than 1.0 grammes of copper per tonne. Read More
Caerus Mineral Resources PLC - copper miner in Cyprus - Says first batch of partial assays of chip-channel samples from recent exploration work on the Kambia mine at its Kapedes project licences in Cyprus have returned peak gold assays of 7.4 grammes per tonne of gold, 6.5 grammes per tonne of gold and 5.3 grammes per tonne of gold. Says the results are encouraging enough to warrant further follow up work. This includes detailed structural and geological mapping to generate targets for future drill testing. Read More

Caerus Mineral Resources PLC - copper miner in Cyprus - Chief Executive Officer Martyn Churchouse and Chair Michael Johnson, who co-founded Caerus, both will step down on May 16.
