CML Microsystems PLC - Maldon, England-based radiofrequency semiconductor maker - Expects trading for the year ended March 31 to be slightly ahead of market expectations. Says its positive net cash positive was boosted by robust trading and the sale of one of its property assets. As at March 31 cash was roughly GBP25 million. The net cash position on the same date a year before was GBP8.5 million. Notes that its forward order book remains strong.
