CMC Markets PLC - London-based online trading platform - Plans to launch a GBP30 million share buyback programme, citing company's "robust capital position" and "having considered the ongoing investment in the business". Says buyback is in additional to current dividend policy, which is unchanged. Also confirms full-year guidance is unchanged.
