Calnex Solutions PLC - West Lothian, Scotland-based provider of test and measurement solutions for the telecommunications sector - Chief Executive Officer Tommy Cook sells 1.0 million shares at 159.2 pence, worth GBP1.6 million, on Wednesday last week. Cook now has 17.4 million shares, a 19.9% stake. Calnex late last month reported higher profit in the financial year that ended March 31.
