CLS Holdings PLC - London-based commercial property investor - Investment vehicles for the Sten and Karin Mortstedt Family & Charity Trust, which is closely associated with CLS Deputy Chair Anna Seeley, sells 5.2 million shares, worth GBP13.1 million, on September 16, as part of the company's tender offer.
