Judges Scientific PLC - London-based investor in the scientific instrument sector - Appoints Rik Armitage as group acquisitions executive, effective immediately. Armitage will support Chief Executive David Cicurel as Judges Scientific builds "its capacity to grow the pipeline of potential deals and maintain[s] its disciplined acquisition process." Adds that he will become part of its executive committee. Notes his extensive experience, with over 30 years in mergers & acquisitions and strategy across manufacturing and technology companies.
