IN BRIEF: Conroy Gold completes joint venture deal with Demir Export
Conroy Gold & Natural Resources PLC - Dublin-based gold exploration and development focused on Ireland and Finland - Completes its joint venture agreement with Ankara, Turkey-based miner Demir Export A for targets within the Mines Royal options and Northern Ireland licences, and the other licences held by the joint venture. Says all conditions have been met and that payment of EUR1 million has been made to Conroy Gold. The joint venture aims to develop the gold deposit in the Clontibret licence to construction-ready status and bring it into production. The companies also will aim to take the Clay Lake gold target and other targets within the license to construction-ready status.
