Carnival PLC - Miami, Florida-based cruise line - Prices debt issue with 10.375% coupon at 98.465% of face value. Carnival Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd, a subsidiary of Carnival Corp, issues USD2.03 billion in senior priority notes due 2028. The unsecured offering was increased from USD1.25 billion "due to strong investor demand", Carnival says. It will use the fresh cash to repay amounts drawn on its revolving credit facility. Read More
