CC Japan Income & Growth Trust PLC - investor specialising in equities listed or quoted in Japan - Promotes independent Non-Executive Director June Aitken to chair, effective at annual general meeting expected in March 2024. Follows announcement in January that current Chair Harry Wells will retire at the AGM. Aitken will serve as senior independent director from October 11 until the AGM.
