Bluefield Solar Income Fund Ltd - Guernsey, UK-based investment company focused on low-carbon assets in the UK - Acquires a 93.2 megawatt peak operational solar and wind portfolio from an unnamed UK based fund manager for GBP112.4 million. It consists of fifteen solar photovoltaic plants that are located in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. Proposes a placing and offer for subscription at an issue price of 130 pence to raise EUR8 million. Says the issue price represents a discount of 5.8% to its closing share price on May 10. Plans to use proceeds to pay down its revolving credit facility, which is now fully drawn at GBP200 million as at May 10.
