Says it has an over-allotment facility of a further GBP25 million. Says applicants subscribing for the first GBP20 million will receive additional shares worth 0.25% of the amount they subscribe, with the applicants for the next GBP10 million receiving shares worth an additional 0.125% to the amount they subscribe for.
