Bridgepoint Group PLC - London-based private equity investor - Prices USD430 million in US private placement notes. The offering has four tranches with maturities of three, five, seven and ten years. The average coupon is 6.2%. The money from the debt offer will be used to refinance debt from Bridgepoint's recent addition of Energy Capital Partners Holdings LP to its platform.
