Beeks Financial Cloud Group PLC - Glasgow-based cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets - Non-Executive Director William Meldrum assumes role of chair with immediate effect. Chair Mark Cubitt will transition to serve as a non-executive director. Announcement follows Cubitt's appointment in late October as executive chair of IQE PLC, replacing Phil Smith following the abrupt departure of Chief Executive Officer Americo Lemos. Cubitt had joined IQE's board in October with the intention of succeeding Smith, who remains as a non-executive director, but the change was originally planned for next year. Read More
