Berkeley Group Holdings PLC - Surrey, England-based housebuilder - Jane Eady, wife of Chief Financial Officer Neil Eady, buys 1,750 shares at GBP28.86, worth GBP50,497, on Wednesday. Executive Chair Robert Perrins also bought company shares on Wednesday, buying 7,000 at GBP28.78, worth GBP201,482. Berkeley shares fell on Wednesday after it said it has decided to halt land buying amid a UK housing market downturn caused by the conflict in the Middle East.
