BHP Group Ltd - Australian mining company - Prices USD2.75 billion of senior unsecured bonds in the US market. The bonds will be issued by its unit BHP Billiton Finance and they will be guaranteed by BHP. Says USD1.0 billion in three-year bonds are priced at a fixed coupon of 4.875% maturing on February 27, 2026.
