Beazley PLC - London-based insurer - Launches USD325 million share buyback on Friday. The programme was announced with Beazley's annual results on Thursday, in which it reported that pretax profit more than doubled to USD1.25 billion in 2023 from USD584.0 million in 2022. Beazley also declared a 14.2 pence per share annual dividend, up from 13.5p. Beazley on Friday says the share buyback will run until the full USD325 million has been spent or December 31, whichever is earlier. Read More
