Tirupati Graphite PLC - London-based flake graphite supplier with projects in Madagascar and Mozambique - Appoints Mark Rollins as executive chair, effective immediately. The appointment, made on Thursday, sees Rollins succeed Michael Lynch-Bell, who remains on the board as a non-executive director.
