Tritax Big Box REIT - London-based real-estate investment trust for logistics properties - Announces that 1.5 million shares have been purchased by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and abrdn Holdings Ltd. William Franklin of Henry Franklin purchases 67,000 shares at a price of GBP1.40. There are two purchases of 50,000 shares by Amelia Dunlop and Tom Dunlop of James Dunlop at a price of GBP1.40; and two purchases both of 50,000 shares by Harriet Godfrey and Adam Godfrey of Colin Godfrey.
