Accsys Technologies PLC - London-based wood building products manufacturer - Chair Stephen Odell will step down and not seek re-election at Accsys's annual general meeting on September 20, after three years in the role. Company says Odell's resignation is "due to personal reasons." Senior Independent Director Trudy Schoolenberg will become interim chair at the AGM, while Accsys seeks a permanent replacement. Schoolenberg says that during Odell's tenure, Accsys "has made significant progress with its strategy, navigating the challenges of Covid-19, completing the successful construction of additional reactors in Arnhem and establishing the foundations and momentum for our US expansion."
