IN BRIEF: Hargreaves Services, Avingtrans chair takes sabbatical
Hargreaves Services PLC - Durham, England-based land, property and infrastructure development; Avingtrans PLC - Cambridgeshire, England-based company which designs, manufactures and supplies critical components, modules, systems and associated services to the energy, medical and industrial sectors - Both companies note that Chair Roger McDowell of both companies is taking a sabbatical for "family health reasons" with immediate effect. Both say he is expected to resume his duties as chair in September, while remaining a director of both during the intervening period.
