abrdn European Logistics Income PLC - European-focused logistics real estate investor - Increases annual net asset value per share in 2021. It rises by 7.5% to EUR1.29 from EUR1.20 at the end of 2020. Share price total return more than halves to 12% from 27%. Dividends of 5.64 euro cents paid per share for 2021, unchanged from a year ago. Pretax net profit climbs to EUR55.4 million from EUR45.2 million in 2020.
