Appreciate Group PLC - Merseyside, England-based multi-retailer redemption product provider to corporate and consumer markets - Reports that a majority of its shareholders have voted in favour of the acquisition by PayPoint PLC at its general meeting and the court meeting. At the court meeting, 99% of shareholders voted for the acquisition. At the general meeting, motion also gets 99% support.
