abrdn Property Income Trust Ltd - investing in a portfolio of UK commercial properties in the industrial, office, retail and 'other' sectors, where 'other' includes leisure, data centres, student housing, hotels and healthcare - Reports a net asset value of 83.8 pence as at June 30, up 1.7% from 82.4p as at March 31. Total NAV return, including dividends, in the quarter ended June 30 is 3.0%. Portfolio valuation increases by 0.4% on a like-for-like basis in the quarter.
