Anpario PLC - Nottinghamshire-based animal feed additive manufacturer - Receives tenders for 4.3 million ordinary shares. Notes tender offer was oversubscribed by 233,700 shares, meaning not all ordinary shares that have been validly tendered have been accepted and purchased. Adds 4.0 million ordinary shares tendered and purchased by the company will be cancelled on or around July 7. On June 2, Anpario had proposed to buy back 4.0 million of its shares for 225 pence each, returning GBP9 million to shareholders.
