abrdn Diversified Income and Growth PLC - Edinburgh-based investor across asset classes - Receives a number of "credible, attractive and varied proposals" for actions to enhance shareholder value, following the announcement of a strategic review process last month. The strategic review was launched in light of the "material discount" of its shares to its net share value. Says the board is exploring how the proposals could best deliver for shareholders. abrdn Diversified says it is engaged in productive discussions with a shortlist of parties and will provide an update in due course.
