Pets at Home Group PLC - Handforth, England-based pet supplies retailer - Begins second tranche of share buybacks worth GBP25 million. Buybacks will end on or before March 5, 2023. Says "sole purpose" of buybacks is to reduce its share capital. Any shares purchased under the programme will be cancelled. Buyback will be undertaken by HSBC Bank PLC.
