Update on Share Buy Backs

EPE Special Opportunities Limited ("ESO" or the "Company") announces that it intends to release the Company's Interim Report and Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the six months ended 31 July 2026, on 9 September 2026.

The Company further announces that it does not intend to complete any further purchases of the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") after 9 August 2026. The Company will announce any future intention to purchase Ordinary Shares in due course.

During 2026, the Company has purchased 3,288,675 Ordinary Shares, in aggregate, representing 11.8% of the number of Ordinary Shares in issue, not held by the Company in treasury, at the start of the period.

The number of Ordinary Shares in issue, not held by the Company in treasury, and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 24,491,292. The number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury is 10,423,275.
