Cancellation of Treasury Shares
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.8.2, the Company announces that on 5 November 2026 it cancelled 24,522,153 ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each ("Shares") from its treasury account.
As at 5 November 2026 and following the above cancellation of Shares, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 337,035,715 Shares, of which no Shares were held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Shares carrying voting rights in the Company was 337,035,715. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
