Transfer of Treasury Shares and Total Voting Rights

 

 

Northamber PLC (AIM: NAR), a leading value-add Audio Visual & IT distributor, announces that the Company has transferred 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each out of treasury ("Ordinary Shares") in settlement of a fee due for consultancy services ("Fee Shares").

 

Following this transfer of the Fee Shares the Company's issues share capital consists of 27,413,404 Ordinary Shares of which 300,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The figure of 27,113,404 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
