Smiths Group plc (“Smiths” or the “Company”) announces today that it has purchased 1,080,701 of its ordinary shares of 37.5 pence each on the London Stock Exchange from HSBC Bank plc (“HSBC”). The purchases below were effected pursuant to instructions issued and announced by Smiths Group on 6 July 2026.
