Purchase of retirement pension policy from Samsung Life Insurance

- To ensure the stability of retirement benefit management and enhance overall profitability of the pension policy.

- This transaction involves the entrustment of KRW 1,500 billion to Samsung Asset Management out of the retirement pension reserves contributed by the Company to be managed by Samsung Life Insurance, at the Company's designation.

- The transaction date may be subject to change depending on the expected timing of the entrustment by the Company of the amount to be managed by Samsung Life Insurance

- The transaction period is in accordance with the agreed term of the retirement pension premiums (defined benefit) entrusted to Samsung Asset Management.

Investment in the National AI Computing Center Consortium (tentative name)

Transaction date	The investment will be made in two tranches during the period from May 2026 to January 2027
Transaction value	KRW 12 billion (to be paid in common shares)
Purpose of transaction	The Company will participate in a project to establish an AI R&D environment and foster the domestic AI computing ecosystem through the establishment of a public-private joint SPC
Terms and conditions	- Upon establishment in May 2026, the National AI Computing Center (tentative name) will be incorporated as an affiliate and a related party. Accordingly, this matter is subject to Board approval and public disclosure. - The Company plans to invest a total of KRW 120 trillion in two tranches during the period from May 2026 to January 2027 - The transaction value refers to the total investment amount, including both the initial capital contribution upon the SPC's establishment and any additional capital contributions made through subsequent paid-in capital increases after establishment - The above is subject to change depending on the progress of the transaction
