On 4 November 2026, Herald Investment Trust PLC (the “Company”) purchased in the market 28,495 Ordinary shares of 25p for cancellation at a price of 2765.305 pence per share.
Following this transaction, the Company’s issued share capital comprises 18,953,395 Ordinary shares.
