Elementis announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced on 3 June 2026 (the "Share Buyback Programme"), the Company purchased the following number of its own ordinary shares of 5p each (the "Ordinary Shares") through Rothschild & Co Global Markets Solutions Limited ("Rothschild & Co") in the period 17 August to 21 August 2026

Following settlement of the above purchases, the Company will hold 1,296,863 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The Company's total issued share capital comprises 568,503,085 Ordinary Shares (including those held in treasury). Accordingly, the total voting rights in the Company is 567,206,222. This figure for the total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights in the Company may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018), a schedule of individual trades made by Rothschild & Co is available using the following:
