Transaction in own shares
The Company announces today that it purchased 694,736 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 30 pence per share earlier today. These shares will be held in Treasury. This purchase equates to approximately 1.21% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
Following the purchase, the Company holds 1,694,736 of its Ordinary Shares in Treasury and has a total of 55,887,592 Ordinary Shares with voting rights (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue.
