Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 20 December 2017, it purchased 279,297 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 0.9275 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 48,051,015 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
