TRANSACTIONS IN OWN SECURITIES

ITV plc ("ITV" or the "Company") today announces that, during the period between 24 August 2026 and 28 August 2026 (inclusive), it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 7 May 2026 (the "Purchases"). The Purchases were effected pursuant to the share buyback programme announced by ITV on 31 July 2026 (the "Programme"):

ITV intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 111,680,963 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 3,746,987,533 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 3,746,987,533 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, ITV under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Since the commencement of the share buyback programme announced on 31 July 2026, the Company has repurchased 46,201,686 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 72.68 pence per share.
