Vietnam Holding Limited announces that on 22 May 2026, it purchased 93,860 Ordinary Shares of par value US$1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 356 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, VNH has 18,687,993 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue, and 853,373 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
In total, since its last Annual General Meeting, the Company has repurchased 575,787 Ordinary Shares.
