Transaction in own shares
28 April 2026: Kingfisher plc, ISIN: GB0033195214 (the "Company", "Kingfisher") announces that for the period from 20 April 2026 to 24 April 2026 it purchased for cancellation the following number of ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each from BNP Paribas SA, Intermediary Code: R0MUWSFPU8MPRO8K5P83 ("BNP Paribas SA") as part of its £300 million capital return programme announced on 24 March 2026 (the "Programme"). All shares were purchased by Kingfisher from BNP Paribas SA as an "on-exchange" transaction in accordance with the rules of the London Stock Exchange.

To date, Kingfisher has purchased 10,500 ordinary shares in aggregate for cancellation from BNP Paribas SA in connection with the first tranche of the Programme.
