GALLIFORD TRY HOLDINGS PLC ("Galliford Try", or the "Company") announces that in the period from 20 April 2026 to 21 April 2026 it purchased the following number of its Ordinary shares of 50p each from Panmure Liberum Limited as part of the buyback programme announced on 17 September 2025.

Following settlement of the above purchases, Galliford Try has purchased a total of 1,957,703 shares since the commencement of the buyback programme and will have 100,327,037 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in issue. There are 0 shares held in treasury. This figure 100,327,037 represents the total number of voting rights in Galliford Try and can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
