Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 27 March 2018, it purchased 113,000 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 0.855 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 49,304,159 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
