The Company announces that in accordance with the authority given by its shareholders at its Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2026 and pursuant to the Company's share buy-back announced on 2 June 2026 (the "Buyback"), it has purchased for cancellation through Panmure Liberum Limited, the following ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

Following cancellation of the above Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 244,265,931 Ordinary Shares in issue.
This number represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), as it forms part of Retained EU Law as defined in the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, the table below contains detailed information of the individual trades made by Panmure Liberum Limited as part of the Buyback.
