Transaction in own shares
The Company announces that it has purchased ordinary shares of 10 pence each (ordinary shares) through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc (Morgan Stanley), as part of the share buyback programme of up to $200m announced on 04 August 2026 (the Programme).

The purchased shares will be held in treasury.
Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 110,295,263 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,939,494,296 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). The figure of 1,939,494,296 ordinary shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
