Elementis announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced on 3 June 2026 (the "Share Buyback Programme"), the Company purchased the following number of its own ordinary shares of 5p each (the "Ordinary Shares") through Rothschild & Co Global Markets Solutions Limited ("Rothschild & Co") in the period 24 August to 28 August 2026

Following settlement of the above purchases, the Company will hold 1,664,421 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The Company's total issued share capital comprises 568,503,085 Ordinary Shares (including those held in treasury). Accordingly, the total voting rights in the Company is 566,838,664.
