Vietnam Holding Limited announces that on 28 August 2026, it purchased 15,461 Ordinary Shares of par value US$1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 336.9 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, VNH has 18,444,482 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue, and 1,096,884 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
In total, since its last Annual General Meeting, the Company has repurchased 819 298 Ordinary Shares.
